“I dreamed about a culture of belonging.” – bell hooks
Welcome
Struggling with unrelenting body shame and disordered eating is exhausting and painful. If you’re sick of chronic “wellness” efforts (okay, diets!), chaotic eating, and beating yourself up, there’s hope! I can help you reconnect with your own deep wisdom, cultivate a peaceful relationship with food and your body, and create a connected, embodied, and empowered life you love – guided by your deepest values.
I specialize in eating disorders, binge eating disorder, body shame, and relationship trauma. I am warm, funny, and I love seeing people just like you reclaim the right to be themselves and live confidently in the skin they’re in!
My Approach
Compassionate, Deep, and Practical
Body-Positive & Anti-Diet: You deserve care that honors your body exactly as it is—not one that views healing as contingent on weight loss or control. I support intuitive eating, body trust, and liberation from diet culture.
Jungian Depth Psychology: Beneath behaviors and patterns lie symbolic messages from the unconscious. Jungian therapy helps you explore dreams, archetypes, and the deeper layers of your psyche—guiding you toward greater self-understanding, wholeness, and integration.
ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy): You don’t need to eliminate painful thoughts or feelings to build a meaningful life. ACT helps you untangle from shame and fear, get clear on your values, and take courageous steps in alignment with who you truly are.
Who I Work With
Individuals struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, orthorexia, and others)
People healing from trauma, especially developmental, relational, and complex trauma
Those who feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, perfectionism, or emotional numbness
Clients seeking a deeper, soul-centered approach to therapy
This is a space where all bodies, identities, and lived experiences are welcome.
What Therapy Looks Like
You are no longer alone in this! I’ll walk beside you as we explore both the surface struggles and the deeper roots. We may use:
Mindfulness and values-based practices from ACT
Dreamwork, art therapy, active imagination, and symbolic exploration
Body-based and somatic techniques
Relational, trauma-informed authentic connection
There’s no pressure to be “perfect” here. Therapy is a space to be human—and to begin again, gently, over and over.
You Don’t Have to Fight Yourself Anymore
You were never meant to go to war with your body, or carry your pain alone. Healing begins with radical compassion, courageous curiosity, and support that sees all of you—not just your struggles.
If you’re ready to begin, or even just wondering if you might be, I invite you to reach out. Your healing journey is sacred. Let’s walk it together.
