Getting started with a new counselor can be a little intimidating! We can get started with a simple email or you can fill out the contact form below or give me a call. I will set up a time to chat with you on the phone for an initial consultation. Then we can book our first appointment if it feels like a good fit for you.
I offer counseling in person and via Telehealth, and can switch back and forth between the two as desired. My office is located conveniently off of 80th and Sheridan in Westminster, with easy access to Denver, Boulder, Arvada, and Broomfield. There is plenty of parking right outside my building, and a comfortable waiting area inside my suite.
In my office you will find a tea station and lots of art and art supplies, a comfy couch and an easy space to be yourself and settle in.
